Refund Policy for Private Customers

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Hawkr.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

• Private customers have 30 days to check their purchases.
• If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 30 days of the purchase. Dr. Jan Linxweiler will refund all your money without any questions.
• The refund must be requested within 30 days under the following conditions:
• You need to provide the following information:
  • your name
  • name of the product (in this case 'Hawkr')
  • order number / receipt number (similar to: #455450-3142181)
  • email address used for the order
• A refund can be requested by filing out this form and and sending it to:

  Decisive for compliance with the deadline the postmark.

• To request a refund by email click here.
• After thirty days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in clause 3, Dr. Jan Linxweiler shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
